It is a bit difficult to manage large group students in the class. The most important strategy for a teacher to use is to have the whole class involved. How can a teacher do so? If he wants to explain anything to his or her students he should be as simple as possible, attractive and facilitate their learning. The students shouldn’t get bored. During the lesson the teacher get show them any short movie, or a song or something else that is related to the topic. Because students are used to these kind of stuff. Every day they surf the internet and their usual activities are close to these activities. In this way they will enjoy the lesson and they will always be attentive to the lesson explained by the teacher. On the other hand if a teacher want to manage better the class what he should is to divide the class into groups. While doing so he will have the possibility to get everyone involved. The teacher makes the questions and give each group time to get prepared for the questions and provide each one to give his opinion.
